Basic Birth Doula service includes two prenatal visits, 24/7 availability by phone starting two weeks before due date, and one post-natal visit.

Hypnosis for childbirth is a method of pain management that combines practiced deep breathing, visualization, prompts from their partners, and labor comfort measures. The belief is that in preparing ahead of giving birth, pregnant people can train their brains to elicit a deep relaxation response on demand.
Hypnosis for Birth package includes four prenatal sessions, in addition to the Basic Birth Doula Service.
