Developed by Frederick M Alexander in the early 1900’s, the Alexander Technique is recognized world wide as a method for improving mind-body health and coordination through awareness, touch, and a refinement of our internal kinesthetic sense.
Marieke studied movement and ergonomics with Barbara Conable, author of What Every Musician Needs to Know About the Body. Understanding the ergonomics of your movement patterns is key to optimizing your coordination.
Learning the Alexander Technique with a small group is a unique and engaging experience.
