Awareness of Movement as Embodied Thought allows us to make changes in our habits of movement, our habits of thinking, and our habits of perception.
We humans, who walk upright in a gravitational field, must use muscular, skeletal and gravitational equilibria to our mechanical advantage. Right balance, right energy, right coordination.
We use our voices every day to communicate, to teach, to entertain, to persuade. Overuse can lead to challenges with long term consequences. Get your voice coordination back on track.
Breathing can be compromised by postural issues, by stress, by trauma. Learn to maximize your breathing ability though knowledge, movement and exploration, for a more vital you.
So you want to sing, or act, or be a public speaker? Or just be louder, clearer, stronger and able to sing Happy birthday comfortably?
